On June 10, 2020, I gave a talk at the virtual “AI and Machine Learning Colloquium” organized by the Department of Operations and Decision Technologies at Kelley School of Business, Indiana University.
The event was organized by Prof. Owen Wu and Prof. Alan Dennis, and featured talks by four speakers — two from OM and two form IS.
I talked about how my research uses AI and ML methods to solve operations problems. I provided a broad overview of my research and then did a deep dive into one of the recent works on modeling demand in online sharing economy platforms. The slides are available here.
