April 16, 2024As a new semester dawns, I’m thrilled to announce a new chapter in my professional journey: I will be stepping into the role of Academic Director for NYU Stern School of Business’s pioneering BS in Business, Technology, and Entrepreneurship (Stern BTE) program.
Launched in 2020, the Stern BTE stands as the first U.S. undergraduate business initiative to weave together the threads of business acumen, technological fluency, and entrepreneurial spirit. Its rapid ascent as Stern’s most sought-after program among first-year applicants speaks volumes about its innovative edge and the vibrant community it has cultivated.
The energy and enthusiasm surrounding the BTE program are contagious, and I am genuinely excited to be a part of this dynamic community. Teaching and engaging with students have consistently been the most rewarding aspects of my career. The BTE program provides a unique opportunity to blend my intellectual interests with direct interactions with students – something I am genuinely looking forward to.
I am committed to helping the BTE students position themselves in the best possible way to partake, contribute, and shape the ongoing AI and technology revolution that is transforming the business landscape and, more broadly, our world.
Also, my heartfelt thanks to Prof. Ashish Bhatia for his support during this transition. His leadership has been instrumental in the success of the BTE program, and I’m delighted that he will continue to be involved as a Faculty Advisor for the entrepreneurship dimensions of the curriculum.
Here’s to an exciting journey ahead, filled with innovation, learning, and groundbreaking achievements!
